Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from any destination other than the united Kingdon please phone our customer services line for an up to date quotation on shipping charges.

We accept most major credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

When ordering please observe the following delivery charges. 

Standard UK 2-3 Business Day Service Carriage @ £8.95 + vat per consignment & for small orders (under £12.50nett) Carriage @ £6.95 + vat per consignment. Priority Next Business Day Service Charged @ £12.50 + vat (orders placed Friday before 12pm & in stock will be delivered the following Monday & orders placed thereafter, Saturday & Sunday will be despatched Monday for Tuesday Delivery. Carriage is free of charge on all orders above £500nett. 

For Non-UK Mainland, Small Orders under £12.50nett Carriage will be Charged @ £12.00 + vat (£13.00 Channel Islands & Scilly Isles) with orders over that value as follows; 
Northern Ireland 2 to 3 Day Service @ £18.00 + vat 
Irish Republic/Eire 2 to 3 Day Service @ £22.00
Channel Islands & Scilly Isles 2 to 3 Day Service @ £26.00 + vat (Unless Vat Exempt)
Isle of Man 2 to 3 Day Service @ £24.00 + vat
The Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles & Remote Out of Area Regions 2 to 3 Day Service @ £22.00 + vat.

If you are outside the United Kingdom please contact our customer services department who will quote your delivery costs. All values are nett of VAT.
Shipping is out sourced subcontract and no claims can be made for non delivery by the shipping agent above the value of the order.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 business days. Carriage charges apply to mainland UK destinations only. If you are outside the UK mainland PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICES DEPARTMENT WHO WILL QUOTE YOU THE RATE.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.  

Our Goods/Images & Illustrations
In our Catalogue and other marketing and promotional materials, all images and drawings of Goods are for illustrative purposes only, and all sizes, weights, measurements, performance levels, capacities and other particulars are approximate. While we make every effort to be as accurate as possible, they do not form part of the Contract and do not have any contractual force. 

We reserve the right to amend, add to or withdraw Goods from our range and to alter specifications without notice and we do not undertake to carry spare parts for Goods that we no longer supply.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credits will processed strictly to the payment method used by the client. In accordance with Anti Fraud Measures refunds that are to be made bank transfer can only be completed by written request and independent bank verification by both parties bank services. a fund quarantine period of 14 days is in place for electronic refunds made when the original purchase was made by any other means, all other Standard refunds made by credit or debit card will be made immediately as well as refunds where reciprical terms are already in place

Returns Policy

All Purchases made on our online store www.castors-online.co.uk are fully compliant with our standard policy and the quality assurance registration of P & L Industrial Equipment Ltd Britannia House, Unit 3 Edwin Road Manchester M11 3ER. You can return any goods to us if they are not totally to your satisfaction or are defective in any way. You will recieve a full refund on the payment method you have used by the secure TOTAL PROCESSING System. All faulty equipment will be recorded in our non compliance system in addition to any Customer complaint. If you have purchased goods incorrectly and the goods are not faulty in any way and are outside our stock portfolio we may impose a 10% restocking charge in certain circumstances. The charge of shipping would not normally be refunded if the goods are free from defect and ordered incorrectly.
